Production Company, abbreviated as Pump and Turbine (Petco), is a subsidiary of Sadid Holding, which was established in 1992 by the Industrial Development and Modernization Organization of Iran and has been producing various types of pumps since 1998. As a leading company in the field of designing and manufacturing centrifugal pumps for the oil and gas, petrochemical, power plant, water transfer and desalination systems industries, this company employs a total of 250 experienced personnel on a land area of eighty thousand square meters, a workshop space of sixteen thousand square meters and an office area of over two thousand square meters, which has been able to cover a large share of the domestic market needs. Petco Company has the largest hydraulic testing facilities in the Middle East, which include testing facilities for final product approval based on API, ISO, and NFPA standards. The company is also capable of providing testing services for various types of pumps from other manufacturers based on customer needs. Pump and Turbine Company is one of the first knowledge-based companies in the northwest of the country, with more than half of the company’s personnel having university degrees.
